I have received great care from the doctor who performed my lasik and his staff during my exams. I do not like that every time I go, there is always at least 30 minutes to wait post appointment time. I go in the morning, so I'm not sure how this happens. This last time, the patients waiting were informed of a 20-30 min delay AFTER I had already been waiting 40 minutes. It was another 25 minutes until I was finally seen. It's a good think I like them!

The service and reception are great; but the wait is usually too long for my taste. Can't plan a visit on your lunch hour.
