This place was great other than waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Due to unforeseen events I had to bring my toddler with me and he was not a fan of the wait either. However the front staff did everything they could to help me keep him happy. They brought him coloring books and crayons, they offered to keep him company in the exam room if he got upset, at one point I had to take my phone (that he was watching videos on) to respond to an urgent matter and he about lost his mind, so the front desk lady even offered to let him use her phone! The visit with the assistant was quick yet thorough, she really seemed to know what she was doing and the doctor was also great. He didnt push me to buy things or do any procedures or follow ups that he didnt think I needed and gave me my prescription without pressuring me to buy glasses from them to get it. I only took away one star because of the wait. Its very important to me to set reasonable appointment times, if you know youre running behind, you should call the patient and let them know so they dont have to sit in a crowded waiting room for a long time.

The wait to be called into see the doc was way too long. We waited in the waiting room for an hour before being called for our appointment. Finally called into do the photos of eye for cataract surgery. Then sent back out to waiting room to wait again to see the doc. After seeing the doc we were then sent back to take another set of photos again. The same ones as before! Then sent back to an exam room to wait for...... I have no idea. They didnt say why. We sat there for 20 minutes til someone came and said we could leave!! All in all that appointment took over 2 hours. Most of it was sitting and waiting. Why?

Dr. Tremblay and the other staff at Mann Eye were great and my cataract surgery was flawless. Less than jazzed so far with the optometrist/services so far and have not been satisfied yet with my new glasses or the process for getting them.
