Lovely staff and professionals, prompt, friendly, personable and professional all rolled into one well oiled machine for success to both client and company. The ONLY issue I have ever had is that the last visit, when I realized I would be 15-20 minutes late, I called to let them know 40 minutes before my appointment and the gentleman that answered the phone did Not relay the information....the tech was irritated that I was late and I was irritated that she was irritated. We both determined the issue quickly and we both apologized sincerely, the visit went Very Well there-after. Ive had more than a dozen visits with them so that is Not a bad thing at all. Every other visit/contact was Fabulous !

The only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star rating is the lack of questions about my lifestyle. I went to this Eye specialist in an attempt to fix eye pain that I was having that feels like something is in my right eye. They put some eye drops in both eyes which immediately numbed the pain, the best my eyes felt in months. Then the doctor said I wasnt blinking enough. No, I wasnt blinking because they felt so good! He prescribed over the counter Eyelid wash Gel eye drops which do work great and I havent had much pain in either eye since using the products. However, I lead a very active lifestyle including land sailing which takes me to the sandy beach and dry lake-beds of California in very windy conditions I also do welding, woodworking and trim the large trees around my house myself. All of which can easily result in foreign objects getting into my eyes even wile wearing safety glasses. I would think a good doctor would want to know about these things, and want look for foreign objects under my eye lids which he did not do. He also did not want to see the new Trifocal glasses prescribed by my Optometrist which are going back to the store as I can not get used to them. I hope I didnt include many typos in this review as the font is so tiny I cant see what Im typing.

Theyre really professional, clean, and friendly. I visited Parmer Eye a year and a half ago and was completely afraid to waste my time going to an eye center. Mann Eye was very thorough, from the front desk to the tech and Dr. Beavers. I picked out some cute glasses and with insurance it wasnt too expensive. I just wish that I had a little bit bigger of a selection! brbrThanks for restoring my faith in Eye centers.
