Ive been with Mann Eye since Jan 2021 and overall very happy with their staff and service. Dr. Beavers is the best! Ive recommended a number of my coworkers go to Mann Eye and three of us had LASIK with them, Im incredibly pleased with my outcome.Todays annual eye exam began rough as my appointment started 40 minutes late despite having an 8:30am. When I inquired on delay they said they were waiting for a room to open up but I didnt believe that explanation. In the end the office manager & clinic lead, Alexandra Park, went out of her way to apologize and provided highly positive and personal service. I appreciated Alexandra acknowledging my frustration as 40 mins past appt time is a bit much.I booked my 2024 exam so I still love and wholeheartedly recommend Mann Eye despite todays hiccup!

I changed my appointment the Friday before I went in and when I got to the office they had made my new appointment at the south location instead of north but didnt tell me. The woman checking in at the front desk apologized for the mix up and got me an appointment at the north location and I only had to wait about ten minutes. The new Dr was efficient and friendly and we we completed in a short time. All was good.

Office was pleasant and staff were courteous and professional. Only disappointment was the wait to be called back, nearly 40 minutes.
