The Goel Vision team was great during my SMILE procedure. They were very helpful and pleasant from the moment I walked in the front door. Dr Goel was fantastic. He kept me calm during the procedure and his phone call at 9:00 that night to check on me was the icing on the cake! Thank you to the entire team!

I cant tell you how pleasant of an experience it was to have RLE surgery. From the initial testing to the surgery was flawless. Every member of the team was pleasant and friendly. It was one of those rare sit that make you smile. They walked me though each step and answered every question I had and there was zero pressure to have any of the procedures. I recommended them without any reserve

I cannot say enough about the level of care and customer service that I have received from Dr. Goel and his amazing staff! I had my lens replacement done last week and I couldnt be more happy. The initial visit and subsequent follow up was timely and incredibly helpful. The staff was entirely accommodating as I was a bit nervous and asked for an additional follow up and reevaluation to make sure that the prescription and measurements were accurate. They never flinched! They simply called and reassured me and told me to come in and made me feel entirely at ease!Everyone was preemptive and making sure that I had everything I needed in a timely manner and that I was aware of pre-surgical consultation and any other evaluation that might be necessary. I never had to ask as they were already giving information and being thorough and transparent.On the day of my procedure, everyone was upbeat and kind and reassuring at all times. They made me laugh and ensured that I was comfortable.Anesthesia was amazing! Chefs kiss! I never felt any discomfort nor was I anxious at any time.Dr. Goel was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. He has an amazing bedside manner and I enjoyed talking with him. He called me directly before the procedure and the night after my procedure to make sure that I was comfortable and that everything was OK.I went back to the surgical center the following day for a check up and that too was easy and efficient.I am so excited to have had the procedure done and to no longer need glasses. That being said, there is still a lot of muscle memory that needs to fade away as I keep reaching for glasses even though I dont need them! I look forward to continuing my healing process and being more comfortable with my new visionI highly recommend Dr. Goel and his wonderful staff. From my initial phone call and conversation with Lisa to my follow-ups with Samantha to my interactions with Dr. Goel and all of the fantastic people at both Towson and Columbiaamazing skill and servicethank you!!
