I DESPISE this center . Its been a year since my LASIK procedure and my vision in the eye is worst than when I had my consultation . The representative named LISA is hostile . She called me a name while on the phone requesting records . I have recorded the conversation . It will be played in the office . How dare she say your mad about your eye you ball of fire . My left eye has been operated on 3 times and its still not right . They have several horrible reviews on a Facebook group Im in to discuss treatment . I have been placed on over 5 medications to improve the eye , however none have worked . Im disappointed that I spent 5k on a procedure that did not work . That is worst than when I started . No sympathy from the company just nasty comments from LISA .

Great experience! Friendly, accommodating, and courteous staff. Everything was explained in laymens terms so it was easy to understand the process. Definitely recommend! Lking forward to seeing clearly!

I would consider this company very professional, They explained all the details and answered my questions that I had with precision. I will be getting the RLE surgery as soon as I can. RLE is an optical lense replacement that takes about 45 minutes under twilight anesthesia. No more astigmatism, no future worries about cataracts, or repeat surgeries. Just a lifetime, whats left of it, of clear vision. I dont mind needing readers under certain circumstances I understand about very low lighting under prolonged reading situations. But I have that issue now anyways even with the glasses. They offer no interest payment plans for 2 years if needed. The exam was very comprehensive and I felt comfortable knowing they are checking all the stops. Great experience with this company. Now off to do some more research on the RLE before scheduling my procedure in the early summer.
