Goel Vision staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I had such a good experience with setting up my consultation, going to my consultation, and then going to my surgery appointment. Dr. Goel says, Measure twice, cut once, which I really appreciate. I was able to request which music played in the background while my SMILE procedure was done and I thought that was a nice touch as well. I cant speak highly enough about the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, or the care put into each step of the process. Highly recommend.

Staff was very kind and very professional. They walked me through all the steps regarding the procedure and they explained everything to me in a simple way that I can fully understand very easily. Now the surgery itself was only took about ten minutes. It was done safely and professionally thanks to the staff members and of course the surgical staff . I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and have already.

Visited Dr. Goel and staff today at the Columbia office for a consultation. Great location, easy scheduling and easy patient portal to enter all medical history. I can't say enough about how genuine friendly all the support staff was, great job! The tech performed a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Goel was very prompt and very kind. He walked through every detail and option for my personal case. His approach and demeanor truly calmed my nerves. I am scheduled for surgery in a couple weeks. I am so excited!***Update- Had my lasik surgery a few days ago and AMAZING! I am typing this (very small print) with no thick bi-focals or contacts!!! Dr. Goel made me feel very calm during the procedure and his support staff are one of the greatest teams I've seen. I wish I would have done it sooner! 5+

I recommend Doctor Goel to EVERYONE! It has been my dream to see clear without contacts or glasses and that dream has come true with Doctor Goel in less than 10 minutes! He and his entire staff makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They are all so kind and make you feel at home. I had SMILE surgery and I could wear make up and drive the next day like I never had surgery! I am very happy with the results and literally SMILING as I write this!
