Dr Goel and the entire team are fantastic. They made me feel well taken of from the moment that I stepped into the facility until the end. Got the SMILE procedure done by Dr. Goel. He is one of the nicest doctors Ive ever dealt with. Hes friendly, professional, and very calming (in case youre nervous, which I was not). Youre only in the procedure room for about 10 minutes, some of that time being used to put eye drops in and get you lined up with the machine. He walks you through the whole procedure (played my choice of music!!) and made me feel extremely comfortable. The experience was so fast and I didnt feel anything. He even called me that night to personally check up on me. I wish all doctors were like him!
