    Goel Vision did their best to make me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process. I really appreciated the free consultation call with Dr. Goel; it was nice to talk to the actual doctor rather than an administrator, like I did at a chain. He was very patient and good at explaining all the different procedures. I always felt like I was a patient rather than a customer. :)

    The entire staff at both Columbia and the Towson locations were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Goel has the best bedside manner and was reassuring throughout the entire procedure. I am a few days out from my SMILE procedure and already have better vision than I did wearing my glasses. Will recommend to anyone I know looking for eye correction surgery.

    Had SMILE done in June after wearing glasses/contacts for almost 30 years. Its liberating to not need them anymore. The office staff was very nice, patient, and thorough in examining my eyes and explaining the process. I appreciated that they didnt pressure me to schedule surgery after my consultation. Post surgery, everything has gone well, except for dry eye, which the doctor is helping me with.
