Thank you, Dr. Burch, for doing an excellent job on my cataract surgery yesterday! I appreciated you coming to my bedside to greet me, review my chart, and ask if I had any questions. I appreciated your positive attitude that all would go well and you would talk me through it. During the surgery you kept me calm and reassured me that all was going well and I was doing OK. Your surgical processes are top notch. I loved the sign on my bed that was visible to all with my name, surgical procedure, and medical information. Everyone in the surgical suite was kind and reassuring. I will highly recommend you and Frantz Eye Care! Thank you again for an excellent job and excellent care.
