I had the distinct pleasure of a truly wonderful experience at Dr. Jonathan Frantz Eye Center. Over the past three weeks, I had three visits one for an examination and two for YAG surgeries. Each encounter reflected a consistently positive culture, excellent patient engagement, and clear, thoughtful communication from every staff member I interacted with.I was treated with great respect and care throughout. I want to especially recognize the surgical center nursing team Selena, Val, and Emily for their exceptional attention and compassion. Dr. Frantz did my Cataract surgery 4 weeks ago and within a day I could see and read 100 % better. With his guidance and knowledge, I choose the optix lens and I am so glad i did. It totally restored my vision where i dont need glasses at all. He gave me back my vision and freedom. His staff is the best, very knowledgeable , you do feel part of the Frantz family. The surgery staff is topnotch, made me very comfortable and even though youre nervous, I new i was in excellent hands. Dr. Frantz is by far the best cataract surgeon there is. I highly recommend him .
