The entire experience has been absolutely amazing! The staff treated me life family in specific Rafreilly and Lindsey. Dr Frantz made me feels so safe and sure, that I was not nervous during procedure, he explained everything to me prior to the procedure and allowed me to ask as many questions as I want as well as during reassured me and informed me, made everything feel like a breeze. Its been less than 48hrs since my SMILE procedure and I have seen such a difference in my vision that shocks me, I feel amazing, and its all thanks to Dr Frantz and his team! Its very hard to explain how grateful and happy I am , will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

I went to Dr. Frantz at his FT MYERS location. He and his entire staff were excellent. Its a blessing that I can see again with no glasses at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Frantz and his entire staff. Thank you all again

From beginning to end I felt as though all employees were well trained, very attentive and compassionate. Also, the entire medical staff were highly professional, very thorough and attentive.

The step by step Eye Exam process was through. Your personnel were very knowledgeable and provided concise answers to numerous questions. Follow on scheduling was rapid and conformed to my needs.The only down side was that the day of my examination was a very busy day in the office resulting in the whole process taking a lot of time.I would give a grading of A to the whole exercise.... A+ if there werent so many people that were being processed through on the day.
