Each optical health care technician that evaluated me was professional, personable, and thorough when answering questions. Every employee involved in my care introduced themselves - much appreciated! From scheduling my first appointment to discharge the process was seamless.As a former health care professional, I often view health care delivery systems from a critical perspective. I had cataract surgery and trifocal lenses implanted just over one month ago. NO more glasses for reading OR distance; NO MORE glasses or contact lenses!!! Hurray!! I must add that EVERY employee I interacted with for my surgery and follow ups were AWESOME, nice, caring, personable, and VERY professional!Dr Frantz is the Wizard of Eyes!!Thank you Dr. Frantz AND TEAM Frantz
