Each optical health care technician that evaluated me was professional, personable, and thorough when answering questions. Every employee involved in my care introduced themselves - much appreciated! From scheduling my first appointment to discharge the process was seamless.As a former health care professional, I often view health care delivery systems from a critical perspective.
