I was lucky to get an appointment very quickly. The exam went very smooth and was handled professionally by everyone I came in contact with. Dr Nguyen was very thorough and explained the process to me. I also received an e-mail the very next day with a detailed explanation of my exam. The only criticism is that I had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time before being seen.

Dr. Frantz and his team are absolutely the best! They actually care about their patients and their well being. They take time to explain everything they will be doing, help to alleviate any fears or concerns you may have. Dr. Frantz did my cataract surgery this past week I couldnt be more pleased.
