I found the staff at two locations to be very attentive and professional, though the wait times can be unreasonable and should be addressed. Dr. Nguyen was lovely once I got to see her (two hours later). Hoping they can streamline their appointment planning to provide better overall service. The new script I got visit before last was spot on and way different than what Id received at a walk-in big chain. Overall pleased, but my time is valuable too, so please sort out the scheduling.

I needed an emergency visit due to unbearable eyes pressure and Dr Shoss was the only ophthalmologist that would see me the same day. Girl at check in was very understanding that my insurance authorization might be late and she didn't make a big deal out of it. Dr Shoss himself is super polite and a great listener. It's very refreshing to see provider that takes time to listen and explain things, doesn't jump to conclusions and understands broader cause of a problem. Only little caveat is that tech that dilated my eyes didn't warn me that I am not going to be able to focus so it scared me a bit when my eyes we unable to focus.

I am very happy to had seen Dr. Grubbs, he is such a great person that my appointment was successful. Dr Grubbs is the best Optometrist that I have seen...very courteous and amiable. I Express my GRATITUDE to him for going to the point with my eyes problems...sincerely HRV...
