The Medical staff and Dr. Pappas at the Florida aye clinic where outstanding. They were Complete professionals. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the front office where patient's arrive has horrible customer service. They obviously have a lot on their plate when it comes to inprossesing patient's. They allow those frustrations to impact incoming appointments by being abrasive and borderline rude.. They need to do better in separating the two.

Precheck in was easy on line. Wait time was minimal when I arrived. Precheck was fun and easy. Dr. Sterling was quick and thorough. Frame and lenses selection was easy and inexpensive.
