My appt with Dr. Wang was excellent as always! She is a wonderful doctor and I'm fortunate to be her patient. Very caring and knowledgeable. The staff was courteous and the wait time was minimal. The only area that needs improvement is in making an appointment. Phones are rarely answered and it seems you always have to leave a message! Unfortunately when they return your call, there is no ID on the call, and therefore goes unanswered. I had to personally go to their office to make my appointment.

I received great care from the physicians and the technicians. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the ladies at the front desk both upstairs and down were somewhat rude. They were not rude to me, but I witnessed it to people around me. They seemed to have little tolerance for the elder and those who were having a hard time communicating.

The staff are very friendly and helpful despite being busy. The team works well together and the process is very organized and efficient. From the multiple reminders pre appointment all the way to the setting of the next the whole thing is a pleasant experience of knowledgeable people doing good work.
