It took three months for me to be able to get an appointment for a routine eye exam and I wasnt happy about it. However, on the day of my appointment, the staff was welcoming and nice to work with and Dr. Grubbs was absolutely awesome! He was well worth the wait.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The assistants were very pleasant. The process was different from other eye organizations.

The front desk being young and inexperienced MUST practice Patience with the Patients and most importantly the elderly! I recently retired and can only imagine what it would be like to be not understood because I got my scheduled appointment date/time wrong! The staff and doctor that performed my exams were AWESOME; very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding future cataract surgery! Thank You!
