The front desk ladies very professional and easy to speak to the techs and Dr was very good. Only issues is getting an appt takes a long time. It took 3-4 VM before someone returned my call to set appt. It took over 6 weeks to get a call back.

The receptionist was nice. She asked that I pay the co-pay. Then she saw that I could get a credit and she applied it reducing my co-pay. I didnt have to wait long. They took me back and did the usual examination.I gave them a 4 and not a 5 because Dr. Shoss is leaving and they couldnt schedule my next visit.
