The doctor acted like I was wasting his time. I had a concern that I wanted checked. He was rude and aggressive towards me. I tried to explain what I was experiencing but he kept talking over me. I went to a specialist to either see if there was a problem or find out that there wasnt a problem.

I love the service they give. The wait was very long. I am upset that they do not work with you at all. You can't even do payment plans at all, I think this is so unfair. Glasses can be very expensive and medical insurance do not cover everything, you would think they would care and understand that but I found out they do not. Even Real Doctors do payment plans, what makes this place special . Nothing at all I have seen.

The Dr and optical staff are great! The front desk Stephanie (older woman) is rude and condescending. She acts like shes doing you a favor by waiting on you. She sold my husband a pair of glasses for $900! She never told him what was covered by our insurance or what the costs were until she prepared the paperwork then said she couldnt cancel or make changes or there would be a 20% restocking fee - on an item that takes 2weeks to make! When I called to speak to her she kept saying Im not a salesman I just have him what he needed! Talk to management and they gave same spiel and supervisor never got back to me! Will NEVER purchase glasses from them will take my prescription and go elsewhere!!! Horrible customer service!

I had a 2 oclock appointment with Dr. Lutz. My preliminary testing was completed by 2:15. I wasnt taken back to see the Dr. until 3:35. I again had to wait and did not see him until 4 oclock. Dr. Lutz is very knowledgeable and professional but feel the wait time should be improved.
