I was surprised at the number of people in the main waiting room, most that I've ever seen in years of visits. But I waited for the shortest time ever. Very polite and proficient people!

Both Dr. Trafton and the contact lens specialist took their time, were professional and friendly.However the waiting room experience was very loud and confusing with so many people in the lobby, standing around loudly whereas you couldnt even get to the monitors to check yourself in. Also my technician who performed the tests was sloppy, and I felt annoyed at me, or she was angry Very little conversation between us, I thought that she just didnt want to be there doing her job. So between the long and loud and confusing waiting room experience and the technician my visit was off to extremely poor start. Dr. Trafton and the contact lens girl redeemed the office for my visit.

Doctors and assistants very helpful and overall great first time visit. The contacts department was great, but the station to put your contacts in need brighter lighting and environment to make it easier to put contacts back in.
