Dr. Strickland is wonderful.However, the wait time is not.Also trying to reach EA is next to impossible. And if you ever get a call back, consider yourself lucky.

Dr. Kato and his assistant were great. The only part that I felt was unnecessary was the gal who did the "refraction" because I am being seen as a glaucoma patient, not to get eyeglasses. I have an optometrist for that, and my insurance will not pay for two refractions in the same year. So, I'll ask that be skipped next time. Other than that, every one is friendly and seem efficient. Too bad Dr. Kato is retiring!

My appt was 1:40pm and they called me at 2:20pm. Very long wait, lots of people. No explanation for the long wait. The young lady that did all the stuff before seeing Dr was very nice and efficient. The Dr as always was very nice and professional. Didn't like the wait at all.
