This is a wonderful place. With very good doctors and staff. My one complaint is they overbooked. Barely could find a seat to sit in the waiting room. My appointment was at 3 oclock. I left at 5:30 . One of the staff members told us they seen over 300 people. Wow.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. If I were to recommend the group it would be with reservation due to the long wait to be seen. I have spent 2 hours there both this year and last year. I can see the attempts to streamline the process. Perhaps they need more MDs.

Only complaint was that it was too crowded, standing room only in waiting area. Desk employees were courteous. Sign in waiting area stated "if your wait has been over 20 minutes, contact the desk". I was called at exactly 20 minutes. Jason, the examiner, was super. Of course it is difficult to express how good Dr Kato is in all facets of his exam. He is absolutely the best
