Good quality service but it took 2 1/2 hours with waiting, tests, dilating, more waiting, scheduling. Wouldn't have been so bad if I had been told to plan on 3 hours.

Saturday service was excellent. No wait time for Appointment, quick check in. Tech Thyonh (Tom) excellent and knowledgeable.Only complaint is parking, long walk for those with walking issues.

Everyone very professional. Didnt really like the sign in, process of checking in, although the staff person at check in was very nice. All I saw were older individuals like myself trying to figure out the process. Really complicated, didnt get the feeling of anything but a number.Actual exam was good, very thorough. Doctor & nurses very attentive, took time to listen, explain things to me.Wendy at a optical department very nice, helpful.
