Great experience. Dr. Trafton is kind, compassionate and easy to talk with. He really cares about his patients and I value his knowledge. Belinda in the optical department is also wonderful. She is patient and insightful about a persons needs. Its like having a best friend helping you as you select new glasses.

The wait was not too long . Walter was very efficient and pleasant with the preexam . I loved Ms Strickland, she was so personable and understanding. Travis helped me pick out new glasses and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him.
