Professional, takes my concerns seriously. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Trafton takes the time to explain and offers ideas/solutions/thoughts. Well-educated. Shelby in the Optical Department is very kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been a patient with them for many years and recommend Eye Associates to others needing such care and providers.
