I was directed to report to station 5, there I was met by a nurse at the desk with a beautiful smile. She directed me to my next step, where I was met by Nurse Robin. I brought in my 89 year old Japanese friend for an exe exam. My friend is 89 years old and not able to remain still during certain parts of their eye exam. Well, Nurse Robin and her assistant were ever so patient and gentle. Thank you for providing the best patient care for my friend. How fortunate we were to have met such wonderful and caring people. Our appointment was at 3pm, when we arrived in the waiting room it was filled with patients, yet these three people including the doctor gave fantastic patient care. I have been on appointments at this hour of the day when the employees are sluggish and projecting an attitude that they have already clocked out. Thank you again.
