I read some bad reviews and was worried about my first visit. My appt was at 1:30, and at 1:32 they called my name! I could not have been happier with the front desk people, with the facility, the time they took with me and Dr. Ford was very thorough. Everyone was professional and made me feel as if I was the only priority during my visit there. Do not know why other people complained, but my first impression was that they are a great team!

In my experience, theyve been just fantastic. I went once at the old office many years ago and once recently and both times my problem was taken seriously.Its an enormous practice, though, so there could very well be some bad staff that the other reviewers have seen. My experiences so far have been very good.
