I trust Dr. Mulligan and have been going to him for years. I only wish that the staff was more friendly and caring with patients. They seem to be so stiff and uncaring, just there to do their job and not communicate with patients. Making patients feel cared for and appreciated should be important I believe.

Safety protocols are great! The doctor is pretty abrupt and barely talks to you but everyone else was wonderful. Jude, who helps you find the perfect frames, is very knowledgeable w both the products and insurance, and is an immense help finding the frames and lenses that work best for what you need. Only doing 4 stars because the actual doctor was as he was. He wasnt bad. He just wasnt that great and I saw him for about 2 minutes, tops, in the hour I was there.
