I would have given 5 stars but I had a very long wait before I saw the doctor (1.5 h). I did come 15 min in advance as requested. I was told that here were 3 new patients in a row (more time needed). I think the scheduling could be improved. Also when I was trying to schedule they kept promising call backs that never happed. As for the staff I met, they were all friendly, communicated well with each other, and were knowledgeable. Dr. Weingueist, although overbooked, was compassionate, a good listener, and explained things clearly. I am pleased I will have my cataracts removed here.

Once I got into the examination room, everything went smoothly and very professionally and Dr. Mulligan was excellent. The only reason theyre not getting five stars is that I had to wait well over 30 minutes to get into the exam room. With an 9:30 appointment you dont figure theyd get that far behind, but from the time I got there at 9:15 until I got out...it was over two hours.
