My 5 year old son was flagged by our pediatrician to see an ophthalmologist, and we took him to Dr. Fitzgerald. What an amazing experience! We were greeted warmly by the office staff and did not have to wait long at all to get into an exam room. His tech, Brittany, was very patient and gentle and explained everything she was doing. The optician helped him select some frames he loves and graciously accommodated the whims of my 4 year old daughter as well. Dr. Fitzgerald was fantastic. What could have potentially been an exasperating appointment for a mother and a stressful event for a kid was in all actuality the foundation for a necessary and positive doctor-patient relationship. Kudos to CVI!!!
