I have been a patient at Clavenna for a few years now for routine eye exams and updated frames, and I have always liked coming here. However they have really stepped it up and have been doing a great job adhering to guidelines and being flexible with their practice due to COVID. I have been to so many places this year that are struggling to find a way to make guidelines and screenings easy and painless, but Clavenna has really figured it out. I have been here three times in the past month, and check in and protocols were a breeze every time. Upon arriving, you call their number where someone always picks up quickly to screen you for COVID symptoms before being able to come up. The first time I had to wait a few minutes in my car, but the past two times I was allowed up right away. Once getting into the office, someone takes your temperature and directs you where to go. Everyone is masked and every waiting room is spaced out so you are not close to any other patients. For optical you are no longer able to try on frames yourself, instead they choose for you and you can point to ones that look nice from your seat. You can try them on, and then they sanitize them before any other guest can touch them and put them on their face. For something so hands-on, it was a very painless process and I felt comfortable the whole time.
Quality of results, efficiency of process, Dr Clavenna is a pretty good guy as well!
