The five stars go completely to Dr. McPherson and his assistant. Top notch all the way. I like how he breaks down all the information so that it is easy to understand. His assistant was very courteous and helpful as well. However, when it comes to support and logistics staff, beware. You have got to stay on top of your situation and be a bit pushy or you will be lost in the fray. These individuals get 2 stars, only because they are at least courteous. They have got to get better at communication. There seems to be a huge communication gap between the doctors and logistics staff. If you dont mind doing a little leg work for yourself, youll be fine. Definitely worth seeing the doctors and assistants there. Also, five stars for their physical therapy staff! Top marks on that side of the biz.
