This was literally the best doctors visit experience ive ever had for any doctor. I was recommended to him by 2 different friends and now I know why. From making the appointment to visiting with the Doctor, the experience was very customer service oriented. They are a well oiled machine. And visiting with the Doctor was great. He helped me understand so much while being empathetic at the same time--and he truly wanted to listen to what i had to say and how i was feeling. I have never felt more comfortable in my health decisions.

The facility is extremely clean. Every single person who I interacted with during my procedure was friendly, polite, and professional. I could only remember three names Stephanie, Carrie, and Rob but EVERYONE was great. I highly recommend Dr. Mac and this facility.

Dr.Patel is so compassionate and thorough and very informative. Takes time to explain your options so you can understand everything. His assistant Megan is the same way. I am so glad that I have them for my care.
