My appointment was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and the biggest shock was that at no time did I have to sit and wait. I never felt rushed, but moved from station to station and saw Dr. Platon right on time. He listened and explained my condition so I could understand my options and the treatment plan he wanted to follow. A great team!!

Everyone in the surgical center are so caring and professional. Ive been there about three times in the past five years and each time has been wonderful. The person running the center is doing a fantastic job. I would recommend Spine Team in Rockwall, which I do, to anyone!

We seldom have to wait very long. It is very clean and the staff is efficient. My appointment was mid-afternoon so I was unaware that I left my phone in the restroom until nearly 5 pm. I got Emily in the physical therapy department and she looked for my phone with no result. She promised to check with the office manager who was already gone for the day. It was after 1 pm when Emily called me back to report the office manager had just come in and had my phone locked in her office. I am so thankful.
