They have always treated me with respect and kindness. They take the time to listen to you and allow you to ask questions. They dont talk down to you or over your head. They explain everything you want to know about.

I love me some Spine Team, they have the best staff ever. I only had a problem with one nurse there but shes no longer there. Dr Berg is awesome. One of the best nurse practitioners, went to be with Jesus, and he is missed. Their funny and care about you , But they dont take no BS.When I fractured my pelvic Dr Berg gave me a cuddle is the best thing happened to me but it made me MEAN!!!... So I dont do them no more.I love Spine Team Texas in Rockwall

Getting someone on the phone was easy. The staff was pleasant and compassionate about my needs. They explained details i a manner I can comprehend.
