The experience was very pleasant. Front office support was prompt, even for a new patient seeking service. The optical technicians are very knowledgeable with high skill level. They utilized new and older diagnostic techniques to ensure the doctor had a very good sampling of my eye health. The doctor was very courteous, and open to listening to any concerns you may have. The doctor explained along the way, so I understood the purpose behind the activity that may follow. The location is airy and pleasant. The eyeglass shop has a good selection of value centered frames and premium types. The price is reasonable, even if you don't have insurance.

Ive been to both Prattville and Sturbridge locations for exams with contacts and glasses in the past. I had LASIK April 22 performed by Dr. Swan and the results have been incredible. I could see drastically better leaving the office 10 minutes after. At my post-op appointment the next day I could see almost 20/15 out of one eye. The other eye does have more irritation and dryness and is improving daily.Dr. McFaden and the rest of the staff have been very helpful and friendly getting my procedure set up and during recovery to help with the irritation and minor swelling.I look forward to see how my eyes have healed at the 1 week follow-up. I highly recommend LASIK with Montgomery Eye Physicians. Its been life-changing already.
