When I scheduled my new patient appointment almost 2 months ago, I was adamant that I wanted to be seen by an ophthalmologist. An appointment was made to see Dr. Mitchell and to also see Dr. McFadden for my contact exam. Fast forward to today, when I arrived for my appointment, I'm informed that it has been cancelled. No phone call, text, email...NOTHING! As a matter of fact, I had to call the week before to confirm my appointment because I had not received any form of confirmation. Needless to say, I will not return or recommend this practice to anyone. I did not appreciate having my appointment cancelled without any just reason and then only to arrive and have the lady at the reception desk continuously trying to get me to see another doctor.
