I always have a great experience when meeting with Dr McFaden. He knows just what to say to calm my fears and is so knowledgeable he can answer all my questions. He takes time with me so I dont leave the office without all my concerns addressed. I dont even live in Montgomery any more and drive over an hour to come back to see him!

The people at the front desk are neither friendly nor helpful. Dr. Shin is wonderful the problems lie in the staff.
