The staff is very friendly and doctor Tyler was nice, love this place will recommend Montgomery eye physicians! And they take great measures to make sure you are safe during this pandemic.

Unprofessional unorganized lackluster staff. Chaotic business structure no order no follow through. If their is any kind of miscommunication it is directly the patients fault. Duty was too busy rushed my plug procedure very condescending. I wouldn't recommend. Do yourself a favor

The experience that I had here was the best I have ever had at an optometrist. The entire staff were supper friendly and professional. The way that the doctors and techs dealt with their patients was very pleasant to hear and watch. Their patience with their patients was second to none. They were very personable and not condescending at all. The tech that started my exam was the best I have ever seen since I have had to go to the eye doctor, and Dr. Duty took way more time with me and did not fly through the procedure of helping find the correct prescription for my eyes. Everything was explained and they made sure that I understood what was going on with my eyes. Then when we go to the optical store, I was completely blown away from the service that Mike Williams gives. He picked out the perfect frames for my wife and I and was genuinely intent on providing us with something that looked good and fit good. I cannot give higher accolades to a place of business that made you feel like you were family friends for years. Thank you MEP.
