    After 90 minutes of not being seen by a doctor yet, I asked at the front desk about the time. I told her wed have to leave in 45 minutes to be somewhere else. She shrugged her shoulders and said let me know if you leave. Really? Staff is not friendly or helpful. Routine eye exam took 2 hours - surely theres a way to schedule better.

    Most of seemed really nice. But, I came in March 3rd to order a contact lense. Dr. McFaden gave me a contact lense review. One had gotten broken 2 days beforeand. Dr. McFaden said it was ok to go ahead and order my lense now so I can have it on the way soon and if it needed to be changed they will do that on my regular schedule exam on March 13th. I was told by one of the nurses that the order for my contact was put in and there wasn't a payment for today and that they will call me when it came in. Forward to March 13th when it was time to have a regular full exam, I asked about the order, and then that's when I was told I had to make a full payment first before it was ordered. So what they told me the first time was a straight up LIE. My contact could've almost been here by now if they would've just told me that in first place!! Now I have to go with 1 freaking contact in for another 2 weeks because somebody don't know how to properly do their job!! This really pisses me off and Tiffany always have a rude demeanor. My problem wasn't paying for the contact upfront! I could've done that March 3rd! It's the lie that I was told about the ordering! It's not fun going longer than what I have to with one contact!

    For 3 or 4 years, I was being treated for extremely dry eyes; Corneas stuck to eyelids at night. A lot of experimenting while scarring kept increasing. I moved to Huntsville area and after 3 visits ro Dr CK Lee, the problem has been cured. Maybe Shin should consult with Dr Lee. Dr Shin told me to never come back when I told him I got a second opinion.

    Waited till now to post trying to be understanding of new systems but you cant use that excuse forever. I can the see if i was a candidate for Lasix showed up to a office with no doctor and no appointment because the new system didnt tell them but was help out by a very smart girl that answered all my questions got a appointment set for surgery happy right no. Showed up the day of the appointment to find out the surgery i was talkes to about would not be the one i was doing, fine $3500 instead of $4000 awesome cheapers always good was told a check would be sent back for the $500 surgery done by Dr.Swan and he did great work. After about a month still no check calles back and get told sorry new system it didnt send out i will fix it and give you a call. Ok 2 weeks later no call mo check call back sorry new system i will send it again again 3 weeks pass no call no check call back sorry new system i sent it out and will call to make sure you got it. Actually called two days later (like it would come in that quick) no i didnt get it another two weeks passby still no check i call back and get told new system sorry i will get someone else to send it. I said thats fine just give me a call to let me know when it gets sent out that was two days ago still no call. In short the Doctors are great and do a great job and the weight isnt to bad, but why do i have to stay on someone to make them do there job why was it not caught that the check didnt head out after the first week, after the first time i called, the second, and the third do i get paid extra to stay on your workers no. Again great job but something needs to be done about staff and i would like to receive a call about the check and if god wills it get it before the new years if thats not to hard.
