Second visit. Front desk is very unpleasant. First male tech is always gentle and polite. Although there was some prior miscommunication, Abby was pleasant. Dr. McFaden was welcoming and informative.

As usual, appointments at Montgomery Eye mean nothing. I was pleased that my appointment was only 45 minutes late. The technician was abrupt & unfriendly telling me appointments will always be late and to live with it.My experience with Dr. McFadden was totally different. He was cordial, explained my situation & told me what to do if changes to my eyes occurred.Bill Brown

Lady at front desk was not very pleasant. Did not greet us or make eye contact. Looked irritated when she had to go and get us a mask. Felt like we were playing musical chairs from one waiting room to the next. Long wait time only for the doctor to come in for only 2 minutes. Left out as confused as I came in. Not very clear on my sons condition or the next step to correct.
