They dont let you bill the insurance and ask for money up front. When the surgery should be covered by insurance it isnt. Definitely recommend going with someone else and not falling into the trap. They are collecting the deductible without billing it to the insurance. No office normally works like this.

This is the worst run office I have ever been to. I take my mom to her appointments and literally every time we don't get in and out in under two and a half hours. Seriously sometimes three hours. This is totally uncalled for and trust me if it was up to me we wouldn't have returned after the first visits that we were her over two hours. My mother in the other hand likes the doctor so wishes to return time and time again.

Specially optical department staffs are so lazy to make return call. I do not know why asking leave message, even not give us return call. I think it was 4 times to waste my time for waiting. Never, never give me a return call. It is bad.

I can only see up close and can't even read street signs or some things on my big screen tv and I see double traffic lights and after I spent $4000 to get upgraded lens. All she did was recommend another specialist. I am so disappointed with this outcome and nothing i can do about it. They never take you on time so plan on waiting half hour and even longer wait at the eye surgery. I definitely would never recommend her

You can tell this place is ran by women. Waited over an hour to get in to a room. Never coming back, no one here really cares about you.
