My husband went there for an examination and the doctor was really nice and professional but the office is not. We have tried to reach the person that went over the glasses with him. We have tried to reach the office. We have had no calls returned and because of that we have to go elsewhere to get his glasses. It's a sad shame because the doctor is really good. They lose business because the people in the optometry department or the office don't seem to care or they would either answer the phone or call back. Since they don't do either we are going elsewhere.

Same forms to fill out every time. Also an hour before even getting an exam. Doctor took forever light on personality. Maybe time for me to change. The assistant Tammy is always rude.<br>Ran
