All was great with the staff and my exam. The only issue I had was that my original appointment was not scheduled properly I took off work early, drove 40 mins in horrible traffic, signed in, took a seat . then was informed that my insurance did not cover the doctor on staff at the time. So I had to come back the next day. It was a huge inconvenience. But I understand; people make mistakes.

Dr. Leanne, Gilder and Kimberly Huber, the lasik counselor, both went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely happy with my visit. I really appreciated Dr. Gilder laying out my options and what she felt would be best for my specific eye condition and Kimberly was very understanding and prompt in her response to my follow-up questions. Even when I decided to hold off on my procedure due to personal circumstances, everyone was very understanding and gracious. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are professional and always helpful. Dr. Gilder is friendly and fantastic and shares ideas and options to help with whatever issue you are having with your eyes.
