Today I contacted Mann Eye Institute and was greeted by a very professional and sweet scheduler, sorry didnt get her name. Anyways I asked her if I could see a Dr soon for something I thought was pretty serious. She not only made me an appointment but she did it for the same day. I arrived at The Woodlands location and the young lady at the front desk was very nice with a huge smile. I was asked to the back by the Optician , hope thats her title, who was also very nice and thorough with my initial exam. After my eyes were dilated I waited a few minutes for Dr Charrier. Dr Charrier walked in, we talked and she did a thorough exam. Dr Charrier was very educated and explained everything to me which eased my concerns. I hope I do not need to get any future treatment but if I do I will definitely return to these fine people. This is an example how all businesses should run and treat their community. Office is really nice. Visit was great. I was greeted immediately after the office assistant got off the phone. I was seen in a timely manner and every encounter I had was really good. Everyone answered all of my questions in detail. The medical assistant that saw me first was quick and attentive. The medical assistant working with Dr. Charrier was really nice. She gave me some Halloween candy/chocolates and a water while I waited in the exam room. Long story, but she didn't have to go out of her way to do that. Dr. Charrier was also very nice and answered all of my questions in detail. Excuse me if I gave the wrong titles.

Had Lasik surgery done in February I don't know why I wait so long so nice not to have contact.My vision was so bad the thin lenses were thick.A special thanks The Doctors and Helper specially Alex, Nick, and Sabine Charrier. Ya'll are awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You.
