Upon arriving to my appointment I really expected to be just rushed through the process, as is common in most doctor's offices. However, everyone I met at Mann Eye Institute seemed really interested in what my needs were and in making sure that I received all the information I needed in a clear manner. I never felt like I was just being rushed through the process. At every step of the process, from vital signs, to the various tests, to the discussion with the doctor and then the care coordinator I felt like everyone had my best interests at heart and really worked to make sure I had a good experience. And more importantly I felt like everyone in the office went out of their way to make sure I was informed and educated about the whole experience--while also making sure that my desired outcomes drove the process. I was impressed and amazed at the customer service provided by Mann Eye Institute. So glad I found them.
