I had LASIK surgery last month at Mann Eye in The Woodlands and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Every member of the staff at the office has been tremendously helpful, friendly, and absolutely genuine in the care they provide. Dr. Melton, Dr. Charrier, Mandy, Victoria, Maya, Michelle and Justin, together with all of the other office staff, have created an atmosphere in the office where it is clear that the patient comes first, and that treating a patient as family is the priority.I could not possibly recommend this staff any more highly to anyone seeking corrective surgery.

They are beyond exceptional at this location! I had such a wonderful staff of people helping out. (Dr. Melton, Dr. Charrier, Mandy, Justin, Victoria, Michelle and Maya!) Thank you so much to everyone there!!! I have referred so many people (including my mother whom is getting her surgery in 2 days!!) because I have truly enjoyed their services that much! The location is in market street above Michael Kors but you enter in the centre of market street behind the tapas bar . I just had an eye exam and the appointment was 8am and they saw me at 8am no wait and the techs were great and explained what they were going to do. Dr Charrier was very nice and explained everything very clearly. I also asked about contacts and they give me a set to try and I come back for a follow up again I got the same great service . The only downside is they have no frames on site so you will need to go to a sister store or take your prescription to another store . There was no issue with them giving you the prescription I have had issues with other opticians not wanting to give you the prescription.

I got my surgery done six months ago and only have good things to say. I've been dreaming since I was a kid to be able to wake up one day and be able to see perfectly.<br><br>Two things made me want to come and write a review for this office. <br><br>#1. Safety! Every step of the way the staff helped me with my questions and concerns about Lasik surgery. I felt very comfortable after my consultation about the whole procedure. In addition, before my surgery took place, I was notified by the center that due to some of the pre-start tests not calibrating 100% that I would not be able to do the surgery at that specific location. <br><br>Some people might take this in a negative light, but I saw it as a commitment to safety and service quality. Rather than potentially give a service that is subpar or unsafe, they suggested an alternative and safe route.<br><br>This brings me to #2 - customer service. This location is conveniently close to where I was staying with my parents; I currently work overseas and visit the US twice a year so my time is at a premium when I'm home. Unfortunately I did not have anyone in my family in the area to drop me off / pick me up from the clinic that I was relocated to (downtown Houston). I had my heart set on this for months and was shattered that I could not get this done. The staff understood and took my problem into account and discounted my surgery to account for the taxi fare I would have to pay both ways. Justin even showed up to the location to make sure I was alright getting home at the end of the day.<br><br>Six months later, I'm loving my vision! Thanks Mann Eye!
