I got Lasik here a couple weeks ago and all I can say, better than sliced bread.I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the procedure, worrying about the bad thing that could happen 0.5% of the time. Brittany was great in that she reassured me along the way and added some levity to the experience to help calm the nerves. Dr. Cottle has a very calming bedside manner that made procedure day less intimidating as well.They walked me through each step ahead of time and during the procedure and all went smoothly.Post op for a few hours was rough due to the burning that happens after the numbing drops wear off, but I just slept it off and woke up the next morning with 20/20 vision. I've got some dry eye symptoms but they get better with each week that passes.I also was able to return all my unopened boxes of contacts to my eye doctor for a nice sum of money back, which was great too.I'm so glad I did this and have 0 regrets! If you've been considering getting Lasik, do it at Lake Austin Eye. You will be so happy you did!

Amazing LASIK experience with Dr. Broyles and her team. Felt very comfortable and informed ahead of time, the procedure itself was a breeze and recovery (in my case, at least) has been so easy. Just a great group, will be going there now for my annual visits. Can't recommend enough.
