What a breath of fresh air this office is!! They greet you when you walk in and have a smile on their face whether it is your first visit or fifth. Everyone of the office staff is courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cottle is one of the most caring physicians I have seen and answers any questions you may have and puts you totally at ease at the office and surgery suite alike without making it feel like you are being "rushed". I would recommend her to anyone and she totally "Nailed It!"

My experience with Dr Chan was exceptional. Very professional, thorough, courteous, caring and really took the time to explain things in a manner I could understand.

There was a lot of redundancy in the process. You spend a lot of time answering a lot of questions then they ask you the same questions verbally. My husband had cataract surgery on one eye one week and the other eye the following week. He was required to come in for a second preop appointment 2 days after the first surgery. This was a burden since we live over an hour from the office. Dr. said it was required by insurance. Dr. was thorough but the information was confusing as she spoke so fast. Learned more about the procedure choices by reading their web sight. I would recommend Lake Austin Eye to my friends/family.

Dr Chan and staff was very polite and professional about my eye surgery. They always explained everything and made sure that I understood the procedures. I wished the time that I had to wait was less but maybe that cant be helped. I would and will recommend Dr Chan and staff to all my friends.
