I cannot thank Dr. Chan enough for the care she took to recommend the best procedure for eyes, prepare me, select the best in class facility and care for me through the process. I have perfect vision and freedom from contacts and glasses. Highly recommended!! Dr Chan will take great care of you.

My husband went to Dr. Cottle for an exam. Dr. Cottle said he needed cataract surgery on both eyes but could be done one at a time. That's what my husband wanted to do. He went in for a post operative appointment and was charged $160 co-pay for the surgery plus the regular co-pay for an office visit. I didn't think that was right, but wasn't sure, so I paid the additional $160. I checked his policy and he was only responsible for his office visit co-pay and payment to the surgical center the day of the surgery. They would not reimburse the $160 until after the claim was settled. As of 9 months later, they have not filed the claim. A claims person from the insurance company had a 3 way call with Maya in Dr. Cottle's office and she said she would send me a check by the end of the week. I still have not received a check and it is 3 weeks since the call. I called the office last week and was told they would check with Maya about it. Still nothing. And my husband has seen another Ophthalmologist who says he has only a small cataract in the other eye and does not need surgery for a long time. Interestingly, they have seen him 3 times in Dr. Cottle's office, but filed a claim for the first office visit only, not the other two.

I have been seeing Dr. Cottle for over five years and would not see anyone else with my eye issue. Approximately five years ago, I suffered with shingles on my face, head and in right eye. With Dr. Cottle's amazing care, I did not lose my eyesight. I still suffer from flare-ups and when I do, the staff always work me in to their busy schedule so I can be seen by Dr. Cottle. I am eternally grateful to them for their concern, professionalism and expert care so I don't lose my eyesight. They are always there for me and have become like family.Not only is Dr. Cottle wonderful but the staff is as well. The receptionist, Joy, will always greet you with a warm welcome and make you feel right at home. I would highly recommend Dr. Cottle to anyone who needs ocular care no matter what the issue may be.

Dr. Cottle and her staff are always nothing short of courteous, attentive, and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I was referred to Dr. Cottle by my regular ophthalmologist for a corneal transplant and one month post op, all is well. Dr. Cottle made the experience a pleasant one.
